At RiverTree Dental and Implants, we believe in giving back to our community and are proud to introduce our Community Outreach Program: Smiles for All. We understand that access to dental care can be challenging for some individuals, and we're here to help.
One Free Case Per Month
Our dedicated team of dental professionals is committed to providing a healthy, beautiful smile to those in need. As part of our program, we select one eligible candidate per month to receive free extractions and economy dentures. We take great pride in restoring the confidence and happiness that comes with a new, radiant smile.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for our Community Outreach Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Must be medically healthy enough for dental extractions and denture placement.
2. Must have a genuine need for dental care and demonstrate financial hardship.
3. Must be a resident of our local community.
Application Process
To apply for our Community Outreach Program, please complete the following steps:
1. Fill out our online application form with your personal and contact information.
2. Provide a brief explanation of your current dental situation and why you believe you would be a good candidate for our program.
3. Attach any relevant documentation that may support your application, such as medical records or proof of financial need.
Selection Process and Notification
Our team will carefully review all applications and select one candidate per month based on the eligibility criteria and individual needs. We will notify the selected candidate by phone or email to schedule their appointment at RiverTree Dental and Implants.
